A one-on-one health session based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Life Cultivation (Yang Sheng).

  • A full assessment of your body, emotions, daily habits, and environment to find the root causes of health issues.

  • Personalized wellness plan—tailored to your needs, including:

    • Therapeutic lifestyle adjustments

    • Posture correction & body mechanics

    • Breathing exercises​

Our classes blend Qigong and Tai Chi with physical therapy science to help you:

  • Boost energy, focus, and relaxation

  • Prevent aches and stiffness with gentle, smart movement

  • Move with ease at any age

  • Qigong Styles:

    • Eight Brocades (classic energy-boosting exercises)

    • Muscle-Tendon Change Classic (strength & flexibility)

    • Six Healing Sounds (breathwork for balance)

  • Tai Chi Forms:

    • 8, 16, and 24 Forms (step-by-step flowing movements)

  • Sheng Zhen Meditation (heart-centered relaxation)
